A Little Bit About Us...

Here at Mandy’s Heaven we are a family run business working from our Thatched cottage in the Hertfordshire countryside, I love fashion and want to share my passion with all of you lovely ladies. We have grown from strength to strength over the years, having started out as only a couple of rails of clothing to it now consuming 3 rooms of our cottage and a lodge cabin that is our online space. Our website developed by my Son Jay and Husband John is constantly changing with up to 30 new products going on every-week. Our stock is the best of Italian and French fashion but our aim is always to keep prices as affordable and fair as possible.

A unique part of Mandy’s Heaven is that we do appointment only shopping at the boutique set up in our home, ladies come on there own or with groups of friends for coffee, a cupcake and a good shop! I’ll help you as much as possible with style advice and finding clothes perfect for you!

Facebook Live has been a great development for us, it allows myself and our wonderful models to do a live fashion show of my favourite new products, be it cosy turtle-necks and glamorous faux-fur wraps in the winter months, or exotic kaftans and stylish DECK trousers in summer I’ll show you exactly how to wear them! We have a competition nearly every time that we go live so keep your eyes pealed for the next one. 

If you are a regular watcher of our Facebook Live video’s you may remember the story of my Holiday to Mykonos last year. Down a little dirt road John and myself found a hidden gem – an amazing small local fish restaurant. As I walked in straight away I spotted a Mandy’s Heaven kaftan and I just had to ask the lady where she got it from, and sure enough she said from a fabulous online store called Mandy’s Heaven! I said: ‘I’m Mandy!’ it was amazing to see our clothes looking so great in such a wonderful place.

She made a point of coming and visit us at the Country Living Show last week to say hello and stock up on this years new kaftans!

Customer service is something we take enormous pride in, we hand wrap each order with tissue paper and a postcard because we know first impressions when you open your parcel count! All orders are sent out with Next Day Delivery so if you’ve left your weekend outfit plans to the last minute we’ve got you covered! Our team are on hand 6 day's of the week to answer your emails, phone calls and Facebook messages. 

A big part of Mandy’s Heaven involves going to events – we love getting to meet our customers and spreading the word about Mandy’s Heaven. You may have seen us at The Country Living Show at Alexandra Palace at the end of April, our most recent event. It is one of my personal favourites, Alexandra Palace is just a fabulous venue and there is always such a good atmosphere.

There’s little time to rest though as next week we are back at it again attending The Royal Windsor Show, a new event for us so we would love to see some friendly faces! If any of you lovely ladies are planning to go, do come and say Hi! We’ve all got our fingers crossed for good weather with it being an outside show, but with the UK you never know! You can see a full list of all of the events we are attending on our website. We’ll be venturing up to Scotland for the first time this year in June for The Royal Highland Show which we’re all very excited about as we get a lot of comments asking us to come up there.
