We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You can return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in its original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in the original packaging where possible

Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour or style? We're happy to exchange eligible items, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returning Higher Value Items

For items valued over £75, we recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing postal insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
