Where are you based?
Nestled deep in the heart of the English countryside, we are based in Brent Pelham from our 400 year old thatched cottage.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes! If you would prefer to speak to one of us directly we will be in the office from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday to answer your calls. If there is no answer please leave a message and we will call you back asap. The telephone number is 01279 777554.
Can I change my order?
Deliveries leave us just after 4 everyday, so if you do want to change something please call us before this time.
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent on a Trackable Service with Royal Mail.
What is the price of delivery?
Royal Mail Standard Tracked 48 UK delivery is free for UK customers spending over £50 or £3.20 for orders under £50. Orders should be received in 2-3 working days if ordered before 3pm.
Royal Mail First Class Next Day Tracked 24 UK delivery is £4.95 and should be received next day if ordered before 3pm.
Do you ship internationally? How much is it?
Yes, we currently ship to Europe, American and Canada. International Standard Delivery to Europe is £7.99 and should be received in 5-7 working days. International Standard Delivery to the USA and Canada is £10 and should be received in 3-17 working days.
What is the returns policy?

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
Hopefully this won’t happen but don’t worry if it does, we will refund or exchange your item where possible. Please call us on 01279 777554 or email us at Mandy@mandysheaven.co.uk.
Will you be restocking products?
The best thing to do if you love an item and it is out of stock would be to sign up for alerts. When an item is out of stock, there will be an option to enter your email address. You will then receive an email if/when that style comes back into stock.
Why doesn’t the discount code work?
Firstly, please check the spelling of the discount code and that the code has not passed its validity date. If you are still experiencing problems please contact us via email or phone. Both of these can be found on the ‘contact us’ page.
How will I know if you’ve received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once we have received it. Please check your junk mail if you haven’t received it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, PayPal, Master card, Apple Pay and Shopify Payment.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, this is not required.
What size is one size?
A lot of our styles are one size, however, these do vary. In the product description for each of our products you will find the suggested sizes we think each product will be the best fit. If you are in between sizes, it’s always worth giving it a try. If you would like reassurance before ordering, please do get in touch.
Can I use two vouchers/discount codes on one order?
Unfortunately only one voucher or discount code can be applied per order, whether this is a Wings discount code, a gift voucher or a promotional offer we are running.
How can I see my Wings activity?
To see all of your previous wings activity, click on the pink icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, make sure you are signed into your account. Then click on the clock icon and there you will be able to see your wings breakdown from each order you have placed.
Can I shop in other currencies?
Yes, from the currency drop down box in the footer of the website. Just click on the flag icon and select your currency of choice.
How can I change my details?
Log into your account, there is then an option to ‘view addresses’ click on this and then you can add, delete or edit your address.
