Where are you based/ do you have a shop?

We are based in Brent Pelham where we have an appointment-only boutique service. This is a free of charge, relaxed, unique personal shopping experience for you and your friends to enjoy. To book an appointment call us on: 01279777554.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes! If you would prefer to speak to one of us directly we will be in the office from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday to answer your calls. If there is no answer please leave a message and we will call you back asap. The telephone number is 01279777554.

Can I change my order?

Deliveries leave us just after 4 everyday, so if you do want to change something please call us before this time.

Can I track my order?

Currently we are unable to offer a service that allows orders to be tracked.

How long will delivery be?

If ordered before 4pm Monday-Friday your order will be sent out with next day delivery.

What is the price of delivery?

First Class UK delivery is £3.20, or free on orders over £40. International Standard Delivery to Europe is £3.50 and should be received in 3-5 working days. USA International Standard Delivery is £7 and should be received in 4-5 working days.

Do you ship internationally? How much is it?

Yes, we currently ship to Europe, American and Canada. International Standard Delivery to Europe is £3.50 and should be received in 3-5 working days. International Standard Delivery to the USA is £7 and should be received in 4-5 working days. Delivery to Canada is £6.00 and should be received within 6-8 working days.

What is the returns policy?

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

Will you be restocking products?

We are all about fast fashion, we love refreshing the company and keeping ahead of the newest items to ensure you look good all year round and have a constant supply of new items to choose from. Occasionally we restock our best sellers but we can’t guarantee this. The best thing to do if you love an item and it is out of stock would be to sign up for alerts, there is a pop up option for this when you go on the item and select add to basket – if it is out of stock it will give you the option to enter your email address. You will then receive an email if and when it comes back into stock.

Why doesn’t the discount code work?

Check that the discount code has been spelt correctly and that the code is still in date. If you are still experiencing problems please contact us via email or phone. Both of these can be found on the ‘contact us’ page.

How will I know if you’ve received my order?

You will receive a confirmation order once we have received it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, American Express, PayPal, Master card, Apple Pay and Shopify Payment.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No you don’t

What size is one size?

A lot of our styles are one size, however, these do vary. In the product description for each of our products we have put the suggested sizes that we think each product will be the best fit.

Can I redeem a gift voucher online?

Yes, if it was purchased online.

Can I shop in other currencies?

Yes, from the currency drop down box on the top right from a desktop and bottom left from mobile

Log into your account, there is then an option to ‘view addresses’ click on this and then you can add, delete or edit your address.
