Mandy's Heaven Wings Rewards T&Cs

These Terms and Conditions govern the Mandy’s Heaven Angels Rewards Program. By participating, members agree to these terms. Wings (reward points) are earned through eligible purchases made online at www.mandysheaven.com.

 

 

Membership

Free to Join
Membership in the Rewards Program is free. No purchase is required to join, but you must create an account to participate.

One Account per Person
Each member is allowed only one account. Duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of wings and removal from the program.

How to Enrol

Create an account at www.mandysheaven.com by entering your name, email address, and password.

Accessing Your Account
Click the person icon in the top-right corner of the website and sign in using your registered email and password. From your dashboard, you can view your account details and reward balance.

Cancelling Your Membership
To cancel, please contact our team. Once cancelled, all unused wings will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Wings have no cash value and are only valid for redemption through our website on eligible purchases.

 

 

Earning Wings

How to Earn Wings
Members earn wings when purchasing products online while signed into their account. Wings are not earned on gift card purchases.

Earning Rate

  • Earn 1 wing for every £1 spent.

  • Wings are rounded down to the nearest whole number.
    Example: Spend £32.99 = 32 wings earned.

Additional Ways to Earn

  • Creating an account = 300 wings

  • Making a purchase = 1 Wing for every £1 spent

  • Entering your birthday (must be entered at least 30 days prior to your birth date to qualify) = 100 Wings

  • Follow us on Social Media = 25 Wings per account followed

Exclusions
Wings are earned on product value only, excluding:

  • Shipping costs

  • Taxes

  • Discounts or promotional adjustments (e.g., if an item is reduced from £40 to £28, you earn wings on £28 only)

  • Gift card purchases

  • Voucher redemptions

  • Price adjustments or cancellations

Wings are not awarded for purchases made before joining the program or for orders placed without being logged into your account.

Returns

  • The percentage of Wings used on a returned item(s) will be reinstated to your account.  

 

 

Redeeming Wings

Redemption Thresholds
Wings can be redeemed in the following increments:

  • 200 Wings = £10 off

  • 500 Wings = £25 off

  • 1,000 Wings = £50 off (maximum redemption per transaction)

How to Redeem

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Click the “Redeem Wings” tab in the lower-right corner of the screen.

  3. Choose how many wings to use and generate your discount code.

  4. Copy and paste the code at checkout to apply the reward.

Important Notes

  • Wings cannot be applied to past purchases.

  • Once redeemed, discount codes cannot be cancelled or reversed.

  • Discount codes are visible in your ‘All Rewards’ section.
